1 Definitions and Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" — The 8 baje website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Member" — Any person who has created an account on 8 baje.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Any gaming or sports betting activity carried out on the platform for money.
• "Bonus" — A promotional offer provided by 8 baje, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Account Balance" — The total amount of funds held in a member's account (the sum of deposits and winnings minus withdrawals).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to every service on the 8 baje platform — including casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and virtual sports.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and participate on the 8 baje platform. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. 8 baje may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name, from the same device, or using the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. An account created with false information may be closed at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the 8 baje support team immediately.

3 Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on 8 baje:

• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks)

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing from another person's mobile banking or bank account is not allowed. Deposits must come from a method registered in the member's own name. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit may be cancelled and the account suspended.

4 Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for any withdrawal request is ৳800. Requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed or if there is any suspicious activity on the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

To ensure security, 8 baje reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to submit the required documents may result in the request being declined.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000 — and a 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are for honest personal use only. If a bonus is misused in a coordinated or strategic manner, 8 baje reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer details. Any unused bonus that has expired will be cancelled automatically.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The 8 baje VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate is different for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses (total bets minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.

Moving to a higher VIP tier depends on the member's overall activity and contribution to the platform. 8 baje reserves the right to determine and change VIP tiers at its own discretion.

7 Betting Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid once a confirmation message is received from the system. 8 baje is not responsible for incomplete bets caused by technical errors.

7.2 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a bet result, the 8 baje system log will be considered the final evidence. A dispute notice must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours of the result being announced.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Attempting to guarantee profit by betting on opposite outcomes of the same match (arbitrage)
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Playing under a false identity or using another person's account

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 8 baje

If a member violates these Terms, suspicious activity is detected, or KYC verification has not been completed, 8 baje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the account without prior notice.

8.2 Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Any member may request a temporary or long-term self-exclusion. This option is available to everyone as part of responsible gaming.

9 Security and Privacy

8 baje uses SSL encryption and modern security technologies to keep members' personal and financial information safe. Full details of where and how member data is used can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8 baje does not sell member information to any third party. However, information may be shared with authorities in cases of legal obligation or fraud investigation.

10 Technical Failures and Limitation of Liability

8 baje is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, server issues, or third-party technical failures. In such situations, 8 baje will take reasonable steps to restore normal operations.

Figures or bet results displayed incorrectly due to a software error may not be treated as valid results. In such cases, 8 baje reserves the right to make the final decision.
